About the Opportunity
We are hiring on behalf of our client, an international private lending platform, and are looking to connect with experienced finance, capital markets, private banking, investment banking, wealth management, and advisory professionals who have strong professional networks and can introduce qualified financing opportunities. This is not a full-time employment position. It is an independent, commission-only referral partnership designed for senior professionals who already have access to listed companies, HNW/UHNW individuals, investment firms, family offices, corporate shareholders, or board-level decision makers.
Our client provides financing solutions secured against publicly listed shares, including:
- Non-recourse stock loans
- Up to 60% LTV
- 3, 5, 7, and 10-year terms
- Funding from USD 5M to USD 1B+
- Global coverage across 80+ stock exchanges
As a referral partner, your role is to introduce qualified opportunities. The transaction process, structuring, and execution are managed by the client’s lending team from start to finish.
