My client is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in Europe. Currently Series B and backed by some of the world’s elite venture capital firms, they were founded by a team that has already scaled a SaaS business from $0 to $30M+ ARR. Their intelligent platform completely automates how global companies buy software, manage spend, and handle risk. They are scaling rapidly, pulling in massive enterprise clients, and now need their first dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the narrative, master the competitive landscape, and define how the world sees their AI capabilities.

The Role

This isn't a "maintenance" marketing job. You will be an early member of the Go-To-Market team, working directly with the founders and product leaders to translate complex AI workflows into undeniable business value. With this, you will:

  • Own the Narrative: Turn deep technical capabilities and AI workflows into clear, high-impact messaging that resonates with enterprise executives.
  • Arm the Sales Team: Build the playbooks, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence that help the enterprise sales team close multi-year deals.
  • Lead Product Launches: Design and execute the GTM strategy for new feature rollouts, ensuring the market understands why it matters.
  • Customer Storytelling: Partner with early, high-profile enterprise customers to create compelling case studies and social proof.

Who You Are

  • You are a commercial storyteller who loves the thrill of early-stage growth and hates corporate fluff.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS Product Marketing and Content Strategy.
  • You understand top-down enterprise sales cycles and how to communicate with complex buying committees (Finance, Legal, InfoSec, and IT).
  • You have a rare mix of high "taste," empathy for the buyer, and the ability to write sharp, persuasive copy without relying on generic tech jargon.
  • You have a genuine, active interest in AI trends and how machine learning is fundamentally reshaping business software.

Highly competitive base salary tailored to your experience. Meaningful equity ownership in a hyper-growth startup. Top-tier private health insurance and wellness benefits. A high-performance culture surrounded by some of the sharpest minds in tech. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week spent in the Central London office. In addition to a market leading base salary, there is significant equity on offer.
