Iām working with a small Financial Services company who, due to business growth, are hiring a Senior Developer. They offer unique, embedded finance products, to support SMEs with transformational credit that are designed to help modern businesses fulfil their potential. The Senior Developer will support the delivery of their ongoing technology roadmap and client service levels through functional and technical analysis, design, and development.
The platform has a SalesForce backend architecture with a bespoke JavaScript web UI. Unique proprietary business functionality is delivered through an Apex-driven codebase together with integrations to APIs of several 3rd party platforms.
You will be expected to be a self-starter and thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment where your creative solutions will be valued.
Mandatory Requirements:- Experience and proficiency in Java, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (including JavaScript)
- Experience with Salesforce.com administration and configuration, including user and security model, custom objects/fields and process automation
- REST API use and development
- Financial Services experience ā either within a FinTech or Financial institution (in-house)
- Experience of the full software development cycle: from requirements definition to rollout, via development, QA, UAT, and deployment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate with and manage the expectations of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
In addition to the base salary, there is a bonus plan that rewards team and individual performance. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week in the London office.
