We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our client, whose goal is to halve the impact of floods on individuals and organisations. Their cutting-edge tech allows for highly accurate, property-level, real-time alerting, empowering individuals and businesses to prepare effectively, thereby minimising, and in some cases, preventing damage and disruptions.

Role:

As an Insurance Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening our strategic partnerships across the Insurance and Brokerage industries. Your primary focus will be on developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, industry bodies, and commercial partners to drive growth and enhance the adoption of our flood forecasting solutions. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure that partnerships align with customer needs, driving mutual value and long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development & Strategy

  • Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored partnership strategies to align with business growth objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product, to ensure partnerships drive commercial and customer success.

Relationship Management & Growth

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Establish strong collaboration with insurance providers, commercial clients, and industry bodies.
  • Act as the key point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met while driving business value.

Commercial Expansion & Value Creation

  • Work alongside the Senior Customer Success Manager to align partnership initiatives with customer success goals.
  • Identify co-marketing, co-branding, and revenue-sharing opportunities within partnerships.
  • Ensure our solutions are integrated into partner ecosystems in a way that benefits both Previsico and its clients.

Strategic Insights & Market Development

  • Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to drive thought leadership and brand awareness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and business impact.

Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure smooth implementation of partner-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between partnership strategies and Previsico’s broader business goals.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Establish KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and track performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner engagements and commercial impact.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partnership developments and opportunities.

Key Objectives

  • Secure new strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships to drive long-term mutual value.
  • Align partnership initiatives with the Product and Marketing customer engagement strategies.
  • Support revenue growth through co-branded opportunities and partner-driven sales.
