We are working with a rapidly growing boutique consultancy that is expanding its leadership team. The team partners with leading private sector organisations and government bodies to design and deliver business-critical transformation programmes. Their expertise spans Aviation, Government, Retail, and Consumer sectors, with additional clients in Transport, Logistics, Education, and Utilities.
Projects are highly varied, including:
- Growth strategy and data-driven change
- Operating model design
- Process improvement and cost optimisation

Key responsibilities
As Consulting Lead, you will play a key role in driving strategic transformation and managing client relationships. This is an opportunity to take a senior position in a growing office and influence both client outcomes and internal initiatives.
- Transformation Leadership: Deliver complex strategic and transformation programmes for executive teams in private and public sectors.
- Client & Account Management: Lead engagements, manage relationships, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Internal Contribution: Support bids, proposals, client development, learning initiatives, and DEI programmes.
