A senior advisory role for someone equally comfortable shaping programme strategy with board-level sponsors and building the teams that deliver it. You’ll advise senior clients on strategy, governance, and organisational design, working on complex infrastructure and capital programmes within the aviation sector.
The role is open at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level. Responsibilities are similar, with increasing commercial and account ownership expected at Associate Director level.
What You’ll Do
- Advise senior sponsors (SROs, C‑suite, programme boards) on strategy, governance, and mobilisation
- Design and structure complex programmes, including operating models, delivery architectures, and team set‑up
- Own the quality of advisory outputs from initial framing through to final delivery
- Lead senior stakeholder engagement and translate complex programmes into clear, compelling narratives
- Contribute to business development and account management; at AD level, lead client relationships and follow‑on work
- Build and develop high‑performing consulting teams, actively supporting the growth of junior colleagues
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation or advisory engagements within management consulting
- Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping approaches as well as delivering them
- Strong commercial capability, with increasing ownership of accounts and deals at senior levels
