Are you a pricing expert with a commercial edge? We are looking for a Pricing Solutions and Growth Lead to spearhead the expansion of our clients’ Pricing Competency. This is a high‑visibility, hybrid role where you will act as a technical consultant – bridging the gap between complex actuarial strategies and successful business development.
The role is split as follows:
- Growth & Presales: Leading discovery sessions, architecting solution concepts for mid‑to‑large P&C insurers, and owning high‑value proposals.
- Advisory & Delivery: Acting as a trusted advisor on pricing strategy, shaping tariff structures, and mentoring our established team of consultants to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Partner with sales teams to position our pricing offering credibly to C‑suite stakeholders at multinational insurers.
- Strategic Advisory: Guide clients through tariff design, migration, and optimization using modern pricing methodologies.
- Scale the Offering: Define the frameworks and "accelerators" that will scale our pricing competency across the UK and North American markets.
- Be the Bridge: Translate complex pricing models into clear business and system requirements for technical delivery teams.
What You Bring
- Practical Credibility: Deep experience in P&C pricing (GLMs, segmentation, rating factors, and governance).
- Tech‑Fluent: Proven experience with modern platforms, specifically Earnix and Quantee, or Radar and HyperExponential.
- Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of insurance landscapes including the London Market.
- Communication: The ability to confidently challenge and guide client pricing teams at a senior level.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary range: £85,000.00 – £120,000.00. In addition to the base salary there is commission/bonus offered.
