They are an established, local leading firm and are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join the busy and growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to manage a full caseload of employment matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, managing files from initial instruction to resolution
- Preparing and negotiating a variety of complex legal documents, including employment contracts, staff handbooks, restrictive covenants, and settlement agreements
- Actively contributing to the firm's growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and participating in networking events, seminars, or legal briefing updates
- Keeping clients informed of significant changes in employment legislation and case law, ensuring their internal policies and practices remain legally compliant and commercially sound
My client is looking for a qualified solicitor and is open to the amount of PQE in employment law. You will have a proven track record of managing a caseload and supervision will be provided as required. The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- The initiative to work independently with appropriate support
- IT literacy
- A desire to develop personally and professionally
