My client is a Series A start up who provide an AI-powered HR tech platform. To date, they have raised $20 million in VC funding from some of the biggest names in tech and were part of the Y Combinator program in 2021. Their Customer Success team is responsible for providing exceptional experiences to their customers to ensure they can optimise their time and effort for what's really needed - the employees.

- Commercial acumen and experience managing the entire end to end renewals process.
- Strong background in supporting customers with product adoption in SaaS environments.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, analysing trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies that improve customer outcomes.
- Enjoys discovering each customer’s unique use cases, goals, and challenges, and aligning them with best practices and innovative solutions.
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can shift rapidly, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.
- Confident collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships, celebrate milestones, and share success stories that amplify customer advocacy.

In addition there is commission of up to 15% of base salary. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in their London office. Benefits include meaningful equity, 25 days of paid time off per year plus public holidays, private health and dental insurance plus an L and D budget.
