My client is a Series A start up who provide an AI-powered HR tech platform. To date, they have raised $20 million in VC funding from some of the biggest names in tech and were part of the Y Combinator program in 2021. Their Customer Success team is responsible for providing exceptional experiences to their customers to ensure they can optimise their time and effort for what\’s really needed – the employees. Genuinely passionate about helping customers and colleagues succeed and thrive, fostering a culture of mutual support and collaboration Commercial acumen and experience managing the entire end to end renewals process Strong background in supporting customers with product adoption in SaaS environments Comfortable working with large data sets, analysing trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies that improve customer outcomes Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can shift rapidly, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge Confident collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships, celebrate milestones, and share success stories that amplify customer advocacy A passion for HR technology and are excited about the possibilities it offers for transforming workplace culture and operations This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in their London office Benefits include meaningful equity, 25 days of paid time off per year plus public holidays, private health and dental insurance plus an L and D budget
