The Role
REDHOUSE is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Events Producer to take a leadership role in delivering high-end creative projects and live events for luxury brands. This role requires a confident, proactive, and commercially minded individual who excels at financial and production management, client account direction, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Events Producer will play a key role in shaping and executing brand-driven strategies while ensuring flawless event execution.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Events Producer
- Strategic Leadership & Client Account Direction: Lead the strategic planning and execution of large-scale luxury brand activations, live events, and creative productions. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring trust and alignment with brand goals. Provide senior-level consultation to clients, offering insights on event design, production strategy, and brand storytelling. Directly oversee project teams, ensuring high standards of creative and operational excellence.
- Financial Management & Budget Control: Take full ownership of large-scale project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and maximising profitability whilst maintaining quality. Oversee cost negotiations with suppliers, venues, and vendors to ensure premium results within budget constraints. Ensure financial tracking and reporting is consistently maintained across projects.
- Event Design & Production Oversight: Guide creative teams on event design, ensuring alignment with luxury industry aesthetics and standards. Oversee complex logistics, supplier coordination, and on-site execution, guaranteeing a seamless production process. Manage and source suppliers, ensuring best-in-class production and cost-effective solutions. Oversee and manage all technical production elements, ensuring seamless AV, lighting, staging, and special effects integration. Ensure that all aspects of event operations, including catering, hospitality, and staffing, are managed to the highest standard. Implement best practices in health and safety, licensing, and risk management for each event.
- People Management & Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Oversee resource planning, ensuring efficient workload distribution across teams. Lead by example in high-pressure situations, maintaining professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Pitching & Business Development: Lead new business pitches, shaping creative proposals and presenting compelling event strategies. Collaborate closely with leadership on new business opportunities, identifying areas for growth. Drive innovation in event production, staying ahead of industry trends and luxury brand expectations.

- 10+ years of experience in event production, creative direction, and luxury brand activations
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align production with broader brand objectives
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile luxury events
- Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Experience managing technical production elements, including AV, lighting, staging, and special effects
- Experience overseeing catering and F&B services for high-end events
- Confident communicator, able to present to senior stakeholders and clients with credibility and authority
- Passion for fashion, beauty, and luxury industries, with an eye for premium aesthetics and design
- Ideally from an in-house background within a luxury brand or creative agency
- Expertise in production management tools, Microsoft Office, Keynote, Mac OS and Google Workspace
