We're currently working exclusively on behalf of a growing meat business in South Africa that is looking to appoint a Production Manager to oversee large-scale boning hall operations.

The role will oversee:
- Boning hall operations with large production teams
- Red meat forequarter and hindquarter deboning
- Yield optimisation and labour management
- Run rates, efficiencies and machinery utilisation
- Food safety, GMP, HACCP and audit readiness
- Driving operational performance and continuous improvement
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience running red meat boning halls
- Someone ambitious, hands on and career driven
- Able and willing to work and live in Johannesburg, South Africa
Salary: R80,000-R90,000 per month depending on experience + relocation.
