We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to design and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for our sales managers. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to excel and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sales training, a strong understanding of sales processes, and proficiency in using Salesforce (SF) and other CRM tools to maximize team effectiveness The key responsibilities include developing and managing structured onboarding programs to accelerate new sales managers’ ramp-up time, designing tailored learning paths to address core competencies like product knowledge, soft skills, and CRM efficiency, and leading Salesforce (SF) training. The Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate closely with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business strategies, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and establish ongoing development programs that cover critical areas such as negotiation, pricing strategies, and leadership. A significant part of the role will involve measuring training effectiveness by gathering feedback, tracking performance metrics, and refining content to ensure sustained impact. To excel in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred) and at least five years of experience in sales enablement or training. A proven track record of designing and delivering successful onboarding and learning programs, along with expertise in Salesforce (SF) and CRM systems, is essential.
