Red Holt is seeking a Director of Customer Service Operations to lead a major transformation of its cloud operations into a world-class NOC + SRE organisation.

You will report to the C-suite and shape the operating model for global reliability and customer success.

You will own end-to-end customer production experience across the cloud estate, leading a ~40-person team spanning support, deployment, service reliability, and technical operations.
