The Senior Director, Sales Operations will build and lead the next generation of sales operations for a global B2B technology business entering an important phase of growth. Based in the UK with a hybrid working model, this is a commercially focused, hands-on leadership role responsible for creating the processes, systems, insights and operating rhythms needed to support a high-performing sales organisation.

The successful candidate will lead forecasting, pipeline management, governance, performance reporting, CRM effectiveness and sales technology optimisation, while using data and commercial insights to improve performance, predictability and decision-making across the business.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations within a B2B technology environment, with a proven track record of building or transforming a sales operations function. They will bring strong expertise across forecasting, pipeline management, sales analytics, CRM, commercial planning and commission plan design and management.

This is a role for a commercially minded builder who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Executive Leadership to improve efficiency, strengthen commercial execution and create a scalable platform for future growth.
