Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? We are looking for two friendly, dedicated, and qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 3) to join our welcoming team.
As a Grade 4 Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support the development, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 0–5.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that meet children’s individual needs.
- Work closely with other staff, parents, and carers to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support their learning journey.
About You:
- You hold a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.
- You have experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
- You are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Read Write Inc. phonics sessions in small groups and one-to-one settings.
- Provide tailored support to children, helping to raise attainment in reading, writing, and early numeracy.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist in tracking pupil progress and adapting support strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that promotes resilience and a love of learning.

Actual Salary: £19,283 - £19,898 Working hours: Monday to Friday – 32.5 hours – 38 weeks plus 5 Inset days.
