Educational Visits Co‑ordinator / Finance Administrator

REDHILL ACADEMY TRUST is looking for an Educational Visits Co‑ordinator / Finance Administrator.

Salary: £18,831 – £20,390 per annum (FTE: £26,141 – £28,305)

Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday 08:00 – 14:00 – Permanent / Term Time plus 2 weeks, 41 working weeks)

Start date: As soon as possible.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage school fund accounting system in line with the academy’s financial controls.
• Administer the online payments system ParentPay.
• Coordinate peripatetic music lessons.
• Bank any school income directly received by the school.
