Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated HR and Recruitment Officer to recruit, develop and support our talented workforce across our schools. You will handle the full employee lifecycle from advertising vacancies and safer recruitment checks through to issuing contracts and maintaining records, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
You will work closely with school leaders to deliver high-quality HR support, performance management and workforce reporting.
