Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safeguarding Officer to join our safeguarding team and play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing, safety and protection of every student across our academy.

You will be a compassionate and proactive safeguarding professional who is committed to promoting the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people. With strong communication, organisational and record-keeping skills, you will be confident working with students, families, staff and external agencies, while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. As a Safeguarding Officer you’ll: Be the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, working as part of the safeguarding team, supporting the effective operation of the safeguarding service on a day to-day basis. They will act as a source of support, advice and expertise to promote safeguarding to students and staff in the academy.
