Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated House Support Officer in Arnold to join our pastoral team. You will help promote student wellbeing, monitor attendance and behaviour, and provide targeted support to enable pupils to achieve their best.
You will collaborate with Heads of House, parents and external agencies, manage safeguarding duties, and contribute to personalised pastoral interventions. This role is 37 hours per week, full time, term time only.
