Role Summary: Recruit a Cover Supervisor to provide supervision when teaching staff are absent and to offer administrative support to the designated faculty when not covering. Part of The Oakwood Academy, within Redhill Academy Trust, and a member of Redhill College of Leadership and Development. Excellent CPD opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coverage supervision for absent teachers.
- Offer administrative support to faculty teaching staff.
- Ensure continuity of teaching and student safety.
- Maintain accurate records and support the school administration teams.
