Job Description
Finance Manager
We are partnering with a world-class, global Marketing Agency.
This is a key role within their senior UK finance team where you will act as a pivotal bridge between financial operations and day-to-day business activities.
You’ll be hands-on across the UK financial function, elevating reporting standards and supporting the continued expansion of a dynamic multi-entity group.
This is a contract role with the view of becoming permanent.
The Role
- Technical Reporting & Compliance: Take full ownership of the UK month-end cycle, ensuring high-accuracy US/UK GAAP reporting, rigorous cash flow monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Partnering: Act as a primary finance lead for the UK, working closely with the wider business to provide financial insight, help department heads manage their budgets and resolve operational challenges.
- Process & Systems Oversight: Lead daily finance operations; team supervision, the drive to standardise workflows, automating manual tasks and improving overall data reliability.
- Audit & Financial
Control: Manage audit readiness and internal controls, ensuring all financial processes are robust, documented, and fully supportive of global reporting standards.

- Available immediately or on short notice
- ACA (or equivalent) qualified with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
- Proven background in multi-entity agency or project-based finance.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and US GAAP.
- Net Suite experience is highly desirable; advanced Excel skills essential.
- Capable of bridging the gap between finance and non-finance stakeholders.
