An advertising agency based in the heart of London is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collabarative environment and ideal for someone who enjoys variety.
Finance Assistant - The Role

Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately using Sage

Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries promptly

Assisting with weekly BACS and international payment runs

Completing bank and credit card reconciliations

Managing intercompany balance reconciliations

Supporting month-end processes and ad hoc finance admin tasks
Finance Assistant - The Person
- Detail orientated, proactive individual who enjoys problem solving
-
Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts payable role

Confident working with Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)

Familiarity with accounting systems

Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with agency staff at all seniority levels

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
