We're partnering with a high-growth, ambitious creative agency to find a Management Accountant to join their bright finance team.
You'll have ownership of 3 entities, oversee group financial reporting and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Revenue recognition will be a key area of responsibility, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a time-based or project-based environment.
- Prepare accurate and timely group financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts and KPI reporting.
- Present financial information and insights to senior stakeholders, supporting business performance and decision-making.
- Apply strong technical accounting knowledge, staying up to date with relevant financial reporting, tax and audit requirements.
- Oversee revenue recognition across the group, working closely with Client Directors, MDs and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant accounting.
- Maintain and improve financial processes, controls and best practice across the group.
- Partner with non-finance teams to provide commercial insight, solve problems and support business objectives.
Newly qualified or close to qualified with strong management accounting experience.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, ideally gained within a time-based, project-based or professional services environment.
Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders to provide insight, solve problems and support business objectives.
4 days in the office with Fridays WFH + 20 additional work from anywhere days.
