Looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, high-growth agency group during a time of change. You will take full ownership of the general ledger, month-end close and cashflow reporting for multiple entities, while helping to embed standardised and efficient finance processes across the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Month-End Ownership: Manage the end-to-end month-end close process, delivering accurate management accounts to strict deadlines with insightful variance analysis.
  • Control & Compliance: Maintain a robust control environment, ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are timely, well-supported and cleared regularly.
  • Reporting & Insight: Lead cashflow reporting and forecasting, support annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, and act as a key point of contact for external auditors.
  • Systems & Processes: Play a key role in the migration of entities onto a new ERP system and work closely with the team to standardise and automate transactional workflows.
  • Stakeholder Partnering: Manage intercompany activity and partner with stakeholders across the wider group, providing commercial insight and supporting key business decisions.
  • Statutory Support: Assist with VAT returns.
