We’re partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing creative agency to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for an initial 3–6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys ownership, process improvement, and working closely with stakeholders across the business during a key growth period. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, smooth month-end processes, and strong financial controls across the business. You’ll also manage an outsourced finance team and support the continued development of finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the month-end close process from start to finish
  • Review and oversee the work completed by the outsourced finance team, ensuring reconciliations are accurate and delivered on time
  • Ensure the P&L and balance sheet are fully reconciled and review-ready each month
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating material issues where required
  • Manage AP and AR processes, ensuring invoices are processed and payments are made on time
  • Support cash flow management through accurate reporting
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders
