I'm working with a leading Production Agency to appoint an experienced FP&A Director / Commercial Finance Director on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will oversee forecasting, financial planning and commercial performance across the business, providing strategic insight to support growth and decision-making. This is a highly analytical, internally-focused position, ideal for a commercially-minded finance leader who excels in business partnering and advanced financial modelling, making an immediate impact in a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO on commercial strategy
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Redesign and develop advanced financial models to support decision-making and profitability
- Implement performance reporting dashboards and provide insights to senior stakeholders
- Implement and enhance reporting dashboards to track performance and key business metrics
- Produce meaningful management information and analysis for senior stakeholders
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Commercial Finance Director or senior commercial finance leadership role
- Experience within a similar industry
