Management Accountant
We are recruiting a part-time Management Accountant to join a dynamic creative agency.
You will manage key accounting functions across the UK and European entities, handling monthly financial reporting and ensuring seamless day to day finance operations while working closely with the wider finance team.
Part-time 3-4dpw | 10-12m FTC | hybrid working
Management Accountant - The Role
- Month-end procedures including revenue recognition, FX / forex adjustments, cost accounting and contractor postings
- Handle cross-entity invoicing and balance inter-company accounts
- Review payroll summaries and record accurate monthly payroll postings
- Oversee sales invoicing to ensure prompt and accurate billing to clients
- Generate routine financial statements and maintain accounting software records
Management Accountant - The Person
- Experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant position
- Solid understanding of month-end close, reconciliations and management accounts preparation
- Experience within a similar Creative / Marcomms / Media agency is essential
- Advanced Excel proficiency and comfortable navigating complex finance systems
- Practical familiarity with Paprika financial software is preferable
- Exposure to multi-currency or global setups is beneficial
