Looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, high-growth agency group during a time of change. You will take full ownership of the general ledger, month-end close and cashflow reporting for multiple entities, while helping to embed standardised and efficient finance processes across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end month-end close process, delivering accurate management accounts to strict deadlines with insightful variance analysis.
- Maintain a robust control environment, ensuring all balance sheet reconciliations are timely, well-supported and cleared regularly.
- Lead cashflow reporting and forecasting, support annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, and act as a key point of contact for external auditors.
- Play a key role in the migration of entities onto a new ERP system and work closely with the team to standardise and automate transactional workflows.
- Manage intercompany activity and partner with stakeholders across the wider group, providing commercial insight and supporting key business decisions.
- Assist with VAT returns, corporation tax packs and other statutory submissions in conjunction with the Group Tax function.
Person Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified with 2+ years of post-qualified experience.
- Strong experience with UK GAAP with exposure to IFRS.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, transformation-heavy environment; you are a pragmatic problem solver who enjoys process improvement.
- Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
