A recruitment agency is looking for a hands-on and personable Finance Assistant to join their Finance team. This is an exciting role for someone with 6 months worth of finance experience, or a placement year.
What you'll do:
- Raising client invoices
- Timesheet and freelancer payments
- Card reconciliations
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in an accounts/finance administration role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with invoicing, AP processes, and reconciliations
- Good working knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets
- Able to manage multiple deadlines (e.g. payment run cut-offs)
- Good communication skills for liaising with freelancers and clients
