RedGreen Partners are looking to attract a Senior HR Advisor into this newly created role based in the North East.
We’re partnering with a growing commercial yet purpose-driven social care provider that is expanding its HR presence across the North East.
As part of that growth, they’ve created an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an already established People Team to shape a regional role, bring fresh ideas and make a genuine impact within an organisation that delivers real value to its communities.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the regional lead on all ER matters
- Managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and flexible working cases
- Providing clear, pragmatic advice on HR matters and employment law
- Coaching managers to build confidence in managing their teams
- Identifying ER trends and sharing meaningful insights with senior managers
- Supporting HR policies, training and People projects
- Using HR systems and data to improve processes and decision-making
- Contributing to engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives
About you
We’re looking to attract somebody with experience in an operational HR or advisory role. You’ll bring strong employee relations experience and HR best practice. Your professional approach will be in equal measure to your personable manner and ability to solve issues by yourself or with collaboration within a great team.
Working pattern
Hybrid, with home working and some travel across the North East.
What’s on offer
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
