RedGreen Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking organisation as Lead HR Business Partner, based out of their Lancashire headquarters. Reporting into the CPO, you’ll coach, develop and lead a high-impact team of two HR BPs and work closely with the wider HR team.
Duties will include:
- Deliver strategic People initiatives that directly influence margin performance, workforce productivity, and cost optimisation.
- Align the People strategy with business goals, ensuring measurable value is always added.
- Lead workforce planning, drive data-led decisions, and champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture while supporting key projects including M&A, organisational design and TUPE delivery. You will be a solutions finder with a pragmatic approach to challenges and work in a changeable environment both autonomously and as a team. The ability to combine strategic thinking with HR operational knowledge is essential, as is a practical and common-sense approach to HR-related matters.
