Our global client is on an exciting growth trajectory and is seeking an experienced yet operational HR Business Partner to lead the people integration of cross-country mergers and acquisitions for a period of 6 months.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can operate independently and has successfully delivered end-to-end M&A integration from a people perspective.

Key Requirements:

• Recent and proven track record in full-cycle M&A HR integration
• Able to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
• International HR experience a distinct advantage
• Happy to work at both an operational and strategy business partnering level
• Expertise in change management, comms, and cultural alignment

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, global environment. Working hybrid out of their Manchester offices, some European travel will be required. A 3-4 day working week can be considered for the right person.
