RedGreen Partners are proud to be supporting one of the Country’s leading charities as they look to bring in an HR Advisor on a 3-month interim basis in this fully remote role.
About the role
We’re looking for somebody to achieve a lot in a short space of time!
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to expert for managers and colleagues on all things people-related; from employee relations to policy advice.
- Support the HR Business Partners with complex casework or organisational change programmes.
- Coach and support managers to build confidence in handling HR matters.
- Drive improvements in our processes and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Support the development and effective implementation of People policies and processes across the organisation.
- Always look to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in HR advisory and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Available at short notice, ability to operate as a team player and fulfil a short-term contract in this wonderful organisation.
What’s on offer
