RedGreen Partners is working with a Crewe‑based technology company looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead innovative programs across their global business.
Location: Crewe, UK (Onsite with some global travel)
About the role
The L&D Manager, operating in a stand‑alone capacity, will be part of an established People team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage everything from leadership development and compliance training to digital learning tools and global initiatives. - Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops, and e‑learning modules.
- Maintain and optimise learning strategies, platforms, and processes to meet business objectives.
- Implement global L&D initiatives ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Deliver leadership development programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Manage compliance training and ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Utilise the apprenticeship levy and other funding schemes, maximising investment in workforce development and skills growth.
