About the roleThe L&D Manager, operating in a stand‐alone capacity, will be part of an established People team. In this hands‐on role, you\’ll manage everything from leadership development and compliance training to digital learning tools and global initiatives. Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops, and e‐learning modules.

Maintain and optimise learning strategies, platforms, and processes to meet business objectives.

Implement global L&D initiatives ensuring consistency and scalability.

Deliver leadership development programs to strengthen talent pipelines.

Manage compliance training and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Utilise the apprenticeship levy and other funding schemes, maximising investment in workforce development and skills growth.

Evaluate learning impact and report on engagement and performance outcomes.

Build strong partnerships with vendors, educational institutions, and internal teams.

Maximise opportunities through apprenticeship levy and funding schemes.

About youWe\’re looking to attract candidates who thrive in a fast‐paced, commercially driven environment and have extensive L&D experience. A passion for learning & development, a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, and technical savviness with LMS platforms are essential. You should be comfortable managing the L&D budget and be able to work autonomously.
