RedGreen Partners are pleased to be supporting a growing, ambitious global organisation in their search for a HR Advisor based in Crewe. This fast-moving business at the forefront of connectivity and technology is growing. As such, a newly created role exists for a proactive HR Advisor to join the team and help deliver exceptional employee experience across the organisation.
About the role
- Provide day-to-day people advice and coaching to managers and employees
- Manage a diverse caseload, including absence, performance, conduct, and wellbeing
- Support and guide managers through long-term absence and capability processes
- Advise on family-friendly policies
- Handle formal people meetings with professionalism and offer sound advice
- Review and improve people policies and processes
- Support junior team members and act as an escalation point
- Contribute to wider People projects such as engagement initiatives
About you
We’re hoping to speak with HR Advisors confident in offering practical, commercial, and people-focused advice across a business. Your collaborative approach, matched with your ability to use initiative, will be a welcome addition to the team. You will feel natural forming part of a professional, supportive, and inclusive environment where ideas are welcomed. An ability to manage numerous cases and offer correct, solution-focused advice will be second nature to you.
