RedGreen Partners are currently supporting a values-led manufacturing business to recruit a newly created People Culture Business Partner, following internal moves and a promotion. Reporting directly into the People Director and working closely with Functional Heads and Senior Managers, you’ll align people initiatives with commercial goals; provide pragmatic advice across the full employee lifecycle and lead both ongoing and new people projects.
Operating at a truly hands-on level, you’ll be trusted to influence, challenge and support leaders in a fast-paced operational setting. Alongside the generalist People and Human Resources duties, another key element of the role is Learning and Development. From building and embedding an internal LMS to creating and delivering impactful training on topics such as conflict resolution, investigations, and new policies and procedures, you’ll help grow capability across the workforce.
To be suitable for this role, you may be currently working at this level but looking for an organisation who has their people at the forefront of the agenda. Or you may be an experienced HR Advisor/aspiring HR Business Partner looking for that next step.
