Redgate is seeking a People Advisor to lead employee relations across the UK and EMEA, advising managers, resolving cases, and building high‑performing teams.

You will own ER caseload with sound judgement and collaborate with People Partners as needed.

In addition to coaching managers, you will help embed legislative changes, design training and communications, and pilot AI/automation to enhance People Partnering across the business.
