Why this role exists:

As Redgate scales globally, our marketing leadership team needs sharper, faster answers about what's working, as well as the ability to forecast, model scenarios and connect marketing activity directly to revenue. This role is a trusted analytics partner to our CMO and Marketing Leadership Team, as well as colleagues across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations, and will build the scalable dashboards and repeatable reporting processes we need to turn marketing data into clear insight, helping the team spot risks and opportunities, and keeping us commercially aligned.

About Redgate:

Redgate brings together people who want to do their best work in an environment built on trust, accountability and collaboration. We build solutions that help data professionals securely manage the data and databases that their organisations depend on, a space that's only becoming more critical as systems scale, data regulations increase, and AI adoption accelerates.

AI at Redgate:

By 2028, Redgate will operate as an expert plus agent company: domain experts amplified by AI, delivering customer value at a pace our peers can't match. AI handles the heavy lifting. Our people control the judgement. Everyone at Redgate works with Claude, giving you access to the best AI tools from day one.

Why join our marketing team?

You'll work in a team that cares about clarity, collaboration and quality, using data to inform decisions, not just report on retrospective performance. There's real scope to grow your skills and impact, with clear development opportunities and support. We value sustainable delivery: good ways of working, and continuously evolving how we measure and report on marketing performance.

About the role:

This role is pivotal to helping Redgate measure, understand and improve the impact of marketing. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales and finance, moving the function toward a more forward looking, insight-led model where data is used to uncover risks and opportunities, and recommend timely course corrections that keep us on track to achieving targets. You'll shape how marketing performance is measured, working closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations and partnering with growth marketing strategists, product marketers and regional marketers across our global go-to-market teams. You'll build the scalable dashboards and self-serve resources that free the team from ad hoc reporting. You'll develop performance forecasts and scenario models that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes, helping the CMO and Marketing Leadership Team make faster, better informed decisions. You'll have real influence over how Redgate's marketing organisation uses data, with visibility across the full go-to-market team.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Experience in marketing analytics or marketing operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology, with a strong grasp of pipeline, campaign and lead performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex data and turn it into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau, along with platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Commercial awareness, with experience supporting forecasting, performance modelling and scenario planning that links marketing activity to revenue.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross functionally with teams such as Revenue Operations, Finance and Sales.

What we offer:

  • Salary range: £55,000 to £70,000, depending on experience
  • Hybrid working: home and our Cambridge office
  • 40 hours per week, with flexible working time
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance and generous paid time off
  • Genuine investment in learning, development and career progression
  • Private health insurance

What happens next?
