Redgate is seeking a hands-on technical leader to steer a small cross-functional team focused on building the next generation of AI capabilities for database administration. You will work alongside a Tech Lead, Product Designer, Product Manager, and 4–5 engineers, shaping architectural decisions and delivery across Redgate’s tooling.
Based in Cambridge with a hybrid in-office pattern (twice a month on-site), you’ll drive complex engineering initiatives, mentor engineers, and ensure the team is successful.
