Job Overview
This role is not a traditional Salesforce path. It involves owning features end‑to‑end across Salesforce, Zuora, and .NET services, supporting internal users in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Ops, and contributing to a fast‑paced team that values collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver features end‑to‑end, from design and build through deployment and maintenance.
- Provide direct support to internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Revenue Ops, translating business problems into technical solutions.
- Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, integrating with Zuora Billing, Marketo, and other third‑party systems.
- Design and implement integrations with third‑party systems using REST APIs and event‑driven patterns.
- Contribute to team health via code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Lead incident response for key systems, keeping users informed, resolving issues, and preventing recurrence.
Qualifications
- Solid Salesforce platform development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Proficiency with Salesforce governor limits, asynchronous patterns, and security model.
- Experience applying Salesforce design patterns: bulkification, separation of concerns, trigger frameworks.
- Strong communication skills; able to translate technical constraints into plain language and bring commercial context to discussions.
- Proactive, self‑directed, able to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of work.
