Responsibilities
- Hold weekly team and individual catch ups.
- Oversee daily \”calling hours\” – track results and incentivise success.
- Implement overall BDR function strategy as outlined by the Global BDR Manager.
- Escalate issues to the BDR Manager and provide gap analysis across the team.
- Coach and develop a team of sales reps to improve meetings and opportunity value metrics.
- Execute on strategic functional plans in line with company objectives.
- Design and lead weekly team coaching sessions.
- Uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Meet team quota across up-sell, cross-sell and net-new opportunities.
- Assist in resource planning and hiring aligned with sales growth.
- Own the new-starter onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Experience of leading and developing BDR / SDR talent.
- A history of consistent quota attainment.
- Genuine interest and passion in technology with the ability to learn technical information quickly.
- Proven sales track record, preferably selling high-tech products, and ability to lead within a BDR team.
- Ability to provide individual training and coaching for performance.
- Reporting to Global BDR Manager; experience coaching UK and US-based BDR teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of Redgate\’s portfolio of database change management and operations solutions is a plus.
