About Redgate: Redgate brings together people who want to do their best work in an environment built on trust, accountability, and collaboration. We build solutions that help data professionals securely manage the data and databases that their organizations depend on – a space that is becoming increasingly critical as systems scale, data regulations increase, and AI adoption accelerates.

Why join our People team? You’ll work on hiring that matters – our People and Talent team partners closely with product, engineering, and design to bring in people who shape what Redgate builds. The roles you hire for have real visibility and impact. We’re a small team that does things properly – we care about candidate experience, data integrity, and doing recruitment the right way, not just filling seats. You’ll meet colleagues who genuinely love the craft of talent acquisition. You’ll have autonomy and be trusted to get on with it – we work collaboratively but give each person ownership of their area, with support from the team when you need it.

About the Role: You will be joining a small but impactful Talent Acquisition team, offering real ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across a range of functions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding candidate experience, build proactive pipelines, and hire quality candidates in good time. You’ll own full‑cycle recruitment from role briefing through to offer. You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across select business functions, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the hiring process. Proactive sourcing is at the heart of this role, and you’ll pipeline talent for regularly hired positions, reducing time‑to‑hire and keeping us ahead of our growth needs. You’ll contribute to our employer brand through social media, events, and local partnerships, representing Redgate’s values externally. You’ll use data to inform decisions, conduct retrospectives, and help continually evolve our hiring processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Proven experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and bringing candidates through to offer and acceptance.
  • Skilled at proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and external platforms (such as hackajob) to identify and engage passive talent across a range of skill sets and levels.
  • Able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed and candidates engaged throughout.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to partner confidently with hiring managers and act as a credible advisor on best practice.
  • Data‑literate and organised, with working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems, employment regulations relevant to hiring, and a good understanding of data security protocols.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000
  • Hybrid working: home and Cambridge office
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance and generous paid time off
  • Genuine investment in learning, development, and career progression
  • Private health insurance

Belonging at Redgate: We believe that people do their best work in an environment built on respect, fairness, and trust — and that diverse perspectives lead to better outcomes.
