Location: We work in a flexible hybrid model, combining remote work with time together at our Cambridge office, depending on what best supports collaboration and delivery. A weekly visit to the office is typical.
Work schedule: You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time.
Your work at Redgate Software:
- Lead GTM planning and execution for Postgres tooling, defining strategy, audience, key messages, and success metrics, and architecting end‑to‑end Postgres playbooks that can be absorbed by core Redgate teams.
- Turn insight into action by conducting Postgres‑specific market and competitive research, analysing customer feedback, and synthesising full‑funnel insights into actionable guidance for Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Shape our messaging and positioning by translating product‑level GTMs into Postgres‑specific value propositions and objection handling; build a unified Postgres narrative across Redgate tools and keep messaging current as insights evolve.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement, including narratives, collateral, training and briefings for sales teams; build or update Postgres battlecards and enablement assets.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing, working with solutions‑specific PMMs to ensure launches and campaigns align to our wider product and GTM strategies and deliver measurable outcomes; partner with the Postgres team on campaign strategy, community credibility and sales follow‑up.
- Contribute to product & marketing strategy, sharing insight into Postgres buyer needs, market shifts and opportunities; align tightly with Postgres Engineering on roadmap, pricing and packaging; validate new features through beta programmes.
- Insights & commercial intelligence, including win/loss analysis, combining team and business insights into a single intelligence loop, and identifying friction points in the Postgres user journey.

- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer‑focused value propositions for Postgres audiences.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable managing stakeholder expectations and aligning priorities across the organisation.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data, customer feedback and competitor analysis to guide decisions.
- Self‑starter with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience setting and reporting against metrics to measure and optimise GTM impact.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with tools such as Seismic, Salesforce, 6sense, Crayon, Marketo would be great but not essential.
