Redgate Software creates ingeniously simple software to help data professionals get the most value out of any database. Our solutions solve complex database management challenges across the DevOps lifecycle, increasing efficiency, reducing errors, and protecting business‑critical data.

The role involves:

  • Defining, creating and delivering integrated global marketing plans that drive pipeline generation, accelerate existing opportunities and support expansion, aligned to product and commercial priorities.
  • Measuring and reporting on performance, using diagnostics and insight to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Designing and executing growth experiments and A/B tests to improve performance across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion stages.
  • Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales and other cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing activity is relevant, timely and impactful.
  • Sharing insights, learnings and best practices with peers and the wider marketing team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting reporting, analysis and implementation of growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience executing and managing B2B marketing programs or campaigns, ideally within a software or technology environment.
  • Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to inform decisions and improvements.
  • The ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product marketing or similar teams.

Compensation:

  • Salary Band: £45,000 - £50,000
