Core Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality sales opportunities within target accounts for the EMEA Enterprise Account Executive team through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify opportunities with both existing and new accounts, managing ‘pool’ accounts and taking ownership of prospecting activity.
- Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers to identify pains, objectives, and organisational impacts.
- Research and map prospective accounts’ organisational structure, key contacts, and existing technology, keeping Salesforce records accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic account planning and with the Field Marketing team on messaging, customer needs, and ABM leads.
- Meet daily KPIs for call and email volume, and achieve monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
- A genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn and articulate technical information.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy for multiple personas.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience beneficial).
- Achievement-driven and motivated by performance rewards, with a desire to progress into an Account Executive or similar role.
