Are you ready to lead global transformation in Food & Beverage in one of the most exciting sectors in the world of attractions and entertainment?
A global leader in themed entertainment — operating some of the world’s most iconic family attractions and resorts — is seeking a game-changing Vice President Commercial – Food & Beverage (F&B) to join its international commercial leadership team.
This newly created VP role will drive the full commercial and strategic agenda for F&B across a global estate of 16 world-class Resort Theme Parks , shaping the future of guest experience while delivering serious commercial results.
They have identified F&B as a major growth opportunity — and they are not looking for incremental gains. T he Role
You will:
- Lead global F&B commercial strategy across in-park, hotel, and venue operations.
- Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and guest satisfaction KPIs at scale.
- Oversee contract decisions (insource vs outsource) and lead complex negotiations globally.
- Develop investment strategies, launch scalable food concepts, and influence capital allocation.
- Deliver breakthrough performance in quality, value for money, and operational excellence.
- Work across multiple continents and operating models — insourced in Europe/APAC and outsourced in UK/US.
What You Bring
- Proven senior commercial leadership in F&B, hospitality, QSR, or retail
- Track record of managing complex supplier contracts
- Experience balancing guest experience with strong unit economics and strategic capital investment.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across global operations.
- Agile, driven, highly analytical — with a deep passion for innovation and results.
What’s in It for You?
- The chance to transform the F&B experience for millions of global guests annually.
- An influential role that shapes group-level decisions, capital investment, and future commercial direction.
- Hybrid working model with a vibrant London HQ base.
- A fast-paced, high-visibility leadership environment where you’ll see your impact daily .
