With the global urgency around climate resilience and food security , this division delivers unquie systems that help growers protect high-value crops from weather volatility and improve yields sustainably. It’s a business with real-world relevance, deep technical expertise, and massive potential.

What’s expected

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a number of international business units and a global sales team
• Personally owning key relationships with global accounts
• Coordinating innovation and product development across teams and regions
• Driving strategy execution and operational discipline
• Shaping and sustaining a culture of openness, high energy, and shared ambition

You’ll bring

• A strong track record of international business growth
• Leadership in capital sales, ideally within horticulture, agri-tech, or similar
• Experience building and running subsidiary operations across borders
• Commercial fluency, people-centred leadership, and strategic capability
• A restless drive for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery
