Are you a qualified finance professional with a commercial mindset and international vision? Our client, a fast-growing and forward-thinking group in the fresh produce and FMCG sector , is seeking a Group Commercial Finance Business Partner to deliver sharp commercial insight, shape financial strategy, and partner directly with the Commercial Director.
The Role:
You’ll be the go-to expert for gross margin reporting, customer pricing analysis, and financial scenario planning across UK, Portugal and Group operations . You’ll coach operations finance partners, ensure budget robustness, and lead commercial forecasting that drives real-world decisions.
Your Impact:
- Own and enhance customer gross margin reporting across all markets
- Shape pricing strategies and support new business opportunities
- Drive scenario planning, forecasts, and data-led performance reviews
- Coach and collaborate with commercial and operations teams
- Champion reporting tools and partner with the trade credit insurer
Who You Are:
- A qualified finance pro (CA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Commercially astute with experience in FMCG, food, or agriculture
- Fluent with Business Central or similar ERP
- Strong in Excel, analytics, and stakeholder communication
- A collaborator, influencer, and strategic thinker
- Willing to travel regularly to Portugal
